The primary responsibility of startup founders, CEOs, and executives is to maximizing the shareholder’s value by running the company well. There are hundreds of skills that contribute to that, but only four skills truly matter. (1) Delivering, (2) communicating, (3) deciding and (4) growing are the only four essential skills of effective leadership. Without any of them, no organization successfully scale beyond a certain level.
Mastering these essential skills, and building systems (processes & tools) around them, creates enduring leverage for leaders, teams, and organizations over the long-term. As building these four systems is of highest value in the long-term, this should be of highest priority for any leader to work on.

Here we share what they are and how we can implement and create our own system.
Shareholder’s value = (revenue - operating margin) * expectations
